Refund Policy

Delivered access

Once workspace access is delivered, we generally cannot refund the used portion of a billing period except where required by law — the same rule as our Terms of Use. There is no advertised trial period or money-back window. Please read the subscription details before you buy. Canceling stops the next renewal.

When we make it right

• You were charged but never got access to what you bought.
• The hosted workspace is materially unavailable to you and we cannot restore access.
• You were charged twice for the same billing period — we refund the duplicate.

How to ask

Email info@emfresults.com with the email you used at checkout and what went wrong. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe.
